About these terms
These terms apply to your use of novaa.studio, run by Salah Eddine Messaoudi (Novaa Studio), based in Canada. By using the site, you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
Services and prices
Prices shown on the site are starting prices in US dollars, before taxes. They are not a binding offer. Each project is defined in a written contract on Contra that sets the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. If that contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.
The free mockup
The free mockup costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything. I review every request and may decline one without giving a reason.
The mockup is made so you can judge my work for your project. Its design remains my property: you may not use it, publish it or have it built by someone else without hiring me. The information you share in your request stays yours.
Framer templates
Templates are sold through Contra or the Framer Marketplace. Each purchase follows the license, refund and support terms of the platform you buy it on.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, graphics, logo, code and case studies) belongs to Novaa Studio or is used with its owners’ permission. Client websites, logos and testimonials shown on the site belong to their respective owners. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content without my written permission.
Case studies and testimonials
Results described in the case studies are specific to each project and don’t guarantee similar results for yours. Testimonials come from real clients; some were translated from French.
Links to other websites
The site links to client websites and third-party services. I am not responsible for their content or their practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
I do my best to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Novaa Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
How I handle your personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
