[ In short ]
The starting point
A buggy WordPress site she couldn’t edit on her own, a design that didn’t feel like her, and no brand identity.
My answer
A brand identity first, then a website she manages herself, connected to her store and to Kajabi so every sign-up lands in the right place.
The result
She and her team publish talks, webinars, products and articles without help. More than 400 sign-ups for a single webinar.

Andréanne Martin,
microbiome science, made simple.
A microbiome specialist, speaker and science communicator, she takes gut health from theory to action: talks, an online program, the Jona test, the #BoostTonMicrobiote Challenge. Her website had to carry that whole ecosystem and keep it alive day to day.

⟷ Drag to compare
What changed
for its visitors.
The old WordPress website, archived in July 2025, side by side with the new website. Drag to compare.

Home. The old homepage mostly showed her name. The new one says what she does and for whom from the first screen, with two clear actions: join the newsletter or book a talk.
[ The project ]
Three decisions
that changed everything.
She first saw her future website as a mockup. We started with her brand identity, then built everything around three decisions.
1
Brand identity first
Before the first page, we reworked her logo and created one for the #BoostTonMicrobiote Challenge, along with its brand guidelines. Two typefaces, Playfair Display and Montserrat, and raspberry as the brand color.

A website she manages herself
Events, webinars, products, articles: everything runs through the Framer CMS. She adds a talk or an article without touching the design, and event cards switch to “Expired” on their own once the date has passed.

A system that works for her
Every webinar sign-up becomes a contact in Kajabi, with its reminders and newsletter. Jona test purchases on Shopify land there too, for post-purchase follow-up.
- Event page
- Sign-up form
- Contact and tag in Kajabi
- Reminders and newsletter
- Purchase on the site, via Shopify
- Automatic sync
- “Jona” contact in Kajabi
- Post-purchase follow-up
Everything lands in KajabiOne place for all her contacts, with no manual data entry.
