[ In short ]
The starting point
A domain name, no website, and no one until then who could translate her career online with the elegance she wanted.
My answer
A bilingual website, elegant and easy to browse, and a brand identity carried all the way to her email signature, her LinkedIn banner and her business card.
The result
A website she can hand to anyone who wants to know her, and a consistent image wherever she presents herself.
[ The client ]

Hélène de Kovachich,
business mediator.
A mediation pioneer in Quebec since 1994 and former president of the Tribunal administratif du Québec, she works with executives and law firms on complex business disputes. Her website had to carry that authority, in French and in English.

[ The project ]
Three decisions
that changed everything.
She saw her website as a mockup before our first conversation. We then built everything around three decisions.
1
Authority from the first screen
Her presidency of the tribunal, figures, affiliations: the homepage establishes her credibility before presenting her services, then explains her method. Scroll inside the window to see the whole page.
2
In French and in English
The website is fully bilingual: one button switches from one language to the other, and every page keeps the same quality in both versions.
3
Author and speaker, front and center
Her three books, including “Participer à la médiation” (LexisNexis, 2024), have their own page, as do her talks. Her authority shows beyond mediation.

“What impressed me most was his ability to understand my vision and bring new ideas that made the final result even better than what I had imagined.”
